Basketball? TBOR Selected Top 68 Schools Based on Student Sign-ups

AUBURN – Oh, they were picking 68 schools based on basketball? Sunday we picked them based on student involvement.

As the NCAA committee unveiled the 68 schools who would compete in the billion-dollar “March Madness” tournament, Take Back Our Republic unveiled the top schools as represented by update sign-ups. Which student body is most engaged as we work toward our vision of Americans once again trusting the integrity of every election and that once elected these officials will focus on the good of their constituents?

Despite the home court advantage of Auburn University, which the Princeton Review rates as the most conservative student body and is just blocks from the Take Back Our Republic headquarters and the libertarian Mises Institute, the Ohio State University more than doubles Auburn’s student signups (3,505 to 1,607). While the next four schools behind Ohio State are in the South, the top seven are rounded out in places where Take Back Our Republic has had several meetings – Springfield MO (home of Brad Pitt and Missouri State) and Wisconsin.

While UNC and Tennessee have powerful basketball schools that rolled to the championship games of the ACC and SEC tournaments, they both barely snuck in Take Back Our Republic’s top 68 schools with around 300 students each.

Like many other offices, Take Back Our Republic will have a friendly office bracket that our friends can join.

As many know, the one weekend Executive Director John Pudner does not work on Take Back efforts is this weekend as he is an avid basketball fan who invented the Value Add Basketball lauded by Sports Illustrated and Fox Sports. Feel free to peek at Pudner’s exhaustive bracket research starting with his simple Value Add bracket based on www.valueaddbasketball.com. He goes into ridiculous breakdowns of nine areas to monitor in the following blogs; 1, Value Add adjusted; 2, NBA Talent; 3, All American and 3-and-a-half stars (also All-American Announcement); 4, Upset Mismatches. (based on 3-point shooting, steals and Offensive Rebounding); and 5, Coaching/Senior Guards/Hot Streaks. Send us a bracket if you want to be added to our office friendly.

As for the more important work of saving our Republic, here are the top 68 schools.
